We have been established for over 25 years. The business was started from humble beginnings by the family in 1987 in the old railway arc behind the new depot. In 2004 our new & current depot was purpose built to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We wanted to provide somewhere away from the shop floor that was relaxing and not as daunting as it can be when you come to a vehicle repair & maintenance centre such as ours, so we started withe that in mind and we have been very satisfied with the result.

As we are a family business, we pride ourselves on quality service & customer satisfaction with every job but also maintaining competitive prices at all times. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we are always stocked up and we receive the best from what we order and stock, we supply all major brands of tyres such as Michelin, Goodyear, Dunlop, Continental, Bridgestone etc. For the price conscious or the families who need quality tyres at affordable tyres we have our acclaimed range of mid price range tyres including; Kuhmo, Falken, Enduro, Zeta.

If we do not have your particular size or brand in stock, then we can get them delivered normally within the hour or worst case by the next working day. We are one of the largest stockists of part worn tyres in Manchester. We usually stock over 1500 tyres and are usually a cheaper alternative to new tyres, they are all individually checked & tested and we provide a guarantee as we do with our new tyres.

We have extended the services we offer at Hyde Road Tyres & Wheels to include MOT’s, brake changes, exhaust repairs, custom packages (including sound systems, window tinting, wrapping, interior & custom bodywork and more), service checks & vehicle servicing with special packages & discounts plus we now carry out mechanical repairs including MOT correction work to remove the hassle from your visit & offer a wide range of services all under one roof with a name that you recognise and trust as oppose to travelling round to various garages and comparing prices and having different people doing various different things to your vehicles.

Let us take care of you with our fully trained and qualified staff from our warm and friendly staff in reception when you come in all the way to our staff on the shop floor. There is always a floor manager on hand so you don’t have to walk across our work stations, leaving you to relax in our waiting room that is warm and cosy, with sky tv and a snack machine for refreshments, magazines - all for your comfort and ease, so that every experience with us is as pleasant and enjoyable as we can make it.

We know that it can be a daunting experience for ladies & gentleman alike, when you come to get your vehicle serviced or repaired, there is usually noisy male dominated and often dirty environments that scares the average person, and maybe you have children with you and you are worried that you will have to stand in all that and feeling unsafe and often cold and maybe scared or apprehensive of asking questions - but not here. We have female staff that are fully experienced and can answer any questions, the room is away from the shop floor and is always noise free and warm so you can relax knowing your in safe hands.

Our primary aim is to supply you a set of wheels or tyres that meet your needs but also that meet your budget without sacrificing on quality or safety.
